Return & Refunds Policy – Footy’s Online Store

Footy’s (Pty) Ltd is committed to providing quality products and excellent service. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Cooling-Off Period (CPA Compliance)
In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers may cancel an online order within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to the conditions below.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The customer will be responsible for return courier costs
- The refund will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected
- Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
- Opened food or beverage products
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been partially consumed
- Promotional or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:

- Missing
- Not what you ordered

- Photos of the items received
Footy’s will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Do not dispose of the product until instructed
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (at our discretion)

Approved refunds will be:
- Processed to the original payment method
- Completed within 7–10 business days after approval
Please note:
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Cancellations After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
